Brazilian hair straightening/Brazilian Keratin Treatment is a hair smoothing treatment
similar to the old French Brushing, the Japanese Hair Straightening, the
Permanent Hair Brushing and the Progressive Blow-Dry. These are all hair
straightening methods. After the application of the Brazilian hair straightening/Brazilian
Keratin Treatment, the hair can be washed in 60 minutes. This is an advance when
compared to the traditional Progressive Blow-Dry, Brazilian Escova Progressiva
Chocolate which requires waiting for 3 days before washing the hair.

2 - Can the Brazilian hair straightening/Brazilian Keratin Treatment be applied to hair
with straightening by sodium hydroxide and ammonia tioglicolate as well as
painted hair?
It can be used in any type of hair: colored, uncolored, light-colored, smoothed
with guanidine, straightened, with permanent brushing, with Japanese Hair
Straightening, among others. It is compatible with any kinds of hair chemicals.
It is necessary to wait for a 7 day-period between applications (Straightening x
Brazilian keratin X Hair paint).
3 - After the first application, when should I use the Brazilian hair
straightening/Brazilian Keratin Treatment again?
Depending on the type of hair, it can be done monthly. If required, you can
apply it again in 15 days. Any further applications must respect a 30-day
interval between them.
4 - For how long does the Brazilian hair straightening/Brazilian Keratin Treatment straight
effect last?
The treatment lasts on average for 90 days and the straight effect duration
depends on both the number of washes and the products used for maintenance. We
recommend using the Soft-Liss Maintenance kit.
5 - My hair is very wavy. Will the Brazilian hair straightening/Brazilian Keratin Treatment
have good results?
In the first application you can already see a strong straightness, softness,
and hydration effect, as well as a significant reduction in the hair volume. The
straightness degree depends not only on the texture and type of hair but also on
the number of applications. One or two applications are enough to have a
satisfactory result: shiny, silk-like and well-treated hair. For very wavy hair
it is necessary to straight before in order to have a 100% straight effect.
6 - Does the Soft-Liss Brazilian hair straightening/Brazilian Keratin Treatment cause sore
eyes?
Even soap may cause eye irritation. So, if you apply it in closed and bad
ventilated environments it can cause sore eyes. Therefore, the application
should be done in a well-ventilated place or otherwise by using an air
circulator so as to eliminate any chafing hazards.
7 - After applying the Brazilian hair straightening/Brazilian Keratin Treatment should I
have my hair treated with any other product?
Yes. It is necessary to use the Soft-Liss Maintenance Kit to keep the hair

brand/another active principle. May I use the Brazilian hair straightening/Brazilian
Keratin Treatment by Soft-Liss?
Yes. There are no counter-indications. The Brazilian Keratin Treatment by
Soft-Liss is compatible with all kinds of hair chemicals.
9 - How long does the Brazilian hair straightening/Brazilian Keratin Treatment effect last?
As long as you apply it properly and use the correct products, it can last for
about 3 months
10 - What else is necessary to apply the Brazilian hair
straightening/Brazilian Keratin Treatment? You need a hairbrush, a 1400 W hair dryer,
a pair of rubber gloves, a hair-straightening appliance and an air circulator.
11 – Are there any counter-indications on the
Brazilian hair straightening/Brazilian
Keratin Treatment? Can I use it in any type of hair?
There are no counter-indications on the product. You can use it in any type of
hair: colored, uncolored, light-colored, smoothened with guanidine,
straightened, among others. However, pregnant women, lactating women and
children under 14 should not use it.

day I have painted or straightened my hair?
No. You should keep a 7 day-interval between applications.
13 - How many applications will I be able to do with 500 ml of Brazilian hair
straightening/Brazilian Keratin Treatment?
8.5 FL OZ yield 2 to 3 applications; 16.9 FL OZ yield 5 to 6; and 33.8 FL OZ
yield 10 to 12.
14 - My hair is light-colored. Can I use the Brazilian hair straightening/Brazilian Keratin
Treatment even so?
Yes. It is compatible with any kind of hair chemicals.

- INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash your hair with warm water and apply the deep cleansing Soft-Liss Shampoo STEP ONE 2 to 4 times.
Dry your hair using a hair dryer, and untangle it with a comb. Pour enough
amount of it in a bowl for the STEP TWO. Split your hair into 4 sections, and
tie them together. Apply the product over each section starting at the nape of
your neck. The hair should only be slightly dampened by the product. Wearing
gloves, apply the product and brush your hair through the sections starting 1 cm
away from the scalp. And then, spread the product over the hair lengthwise. Comb
it for 5 minutes in order to activate the product, and leave it on for 15
minutes. Dry your hair superficially. Once again, split your hair into 4
sections and brush them throughout. Then, glide the ceramic hair straightener
through each hair section 5 to 7 times. A well done brushing and straightening
are the main secrets of excellent results. After the application process, wait
for 60 minutes. Rinse your hair with cold water and apply the Neutralizer STEP
THREE in the wash basin. Then, gently massage your hair for 5 minutes, and rinse
it in cold water. Brush it in your customary way... NOTES: (1) Shake it
well before using. (2) Apply the product in a well ventilated place, and use a
fan to help disperse the steam, if necessary.
CONTENTS:
Silicone polymer, fluid keratin, emollient agents, ethylic Alcohol from cereal
grains, vitamins, white chocolate extract, mint extract.
PRECAUTIONS:
It is for external use only, do not inhale it, keep it out of reach of children,
do not use it on pregnant and lactating women, or children under the age of 14.
In case of eye contact, rinse opened eye for several minutes under running
water. In case of allergy or skin irritation stop using it. People who are
allergic or sensitive to the ethylic alcohol and/or to any of its byproducts
should NOT use this product. Product validity: 12 months.
Important tips: In order to have a fully satisfactory result it is
necessary to soften resistant or wavy hair first. It is also required to
repeat the whole process every month so as to keep the hair straightened for
longer time.
